Placing an Order

Please use one of the following versions of our order form:

Order Form in Excel '97 Format After opening the page, select "file" and "save as", then save it to your computer. Then open the file using Excel. This format calculates your total for you as you enter quantities into the worksheet. Feel free to e-mail us your completed form as an attachment to an e-mail to alana@mortonworks.com, or print it and mail it.

Order Form in Adobe Acrobat Format After opening the page, print the form, write in your order, and mail it to us.

Taxes - PST will be added to all orders shipped within Ontario. I do not collect GST.

UPDATED - Discounts 10% off orders over $100, 15% off orders over $150! This will be calculated after your order is received and confirmed.

Shipping - All shipping is via Canada Post Expedited. We will advise you of the shipping cost for your order within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please note that we must have your complete shipping address in order to determine shipping cost.

Please note - if you have received a Gift Certificate in the past, and wish to use it, please email me at alana@mortonworks.com before placing your order. I will be revising the Gift Certificate program in the near future. Until that time, I will honour 1 (one) Gift Certificate issued by Saskia before January 1, 2006 per customer.
